Cable Chain ends for Duplicator 9

Mount to attach sneakypoos cable chain (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193948) between control unit and the bed on a Wanhao Duplicator 9.
holes for 4mm bolts on the one that attaches to the bed and the control unit one is at the moment based on using double sided tape.. with a 3m double sided tape it seems to stick quite nicely so far.
Added holes to the controller end part so the wires can be secured and have some strain relief with a cable tie.

They do end up mounting at a small angle
