Modified Mount Bracket for Radial Blower Fan

I created two modified mount brackets for Eberleg's nice radial blower fan.

* slotted mount holes to adjust the blower height
* blower can be mounted with countersunk screw (optional)
* M4x24 screw + nut required

There are two versions: one is like the original and the other one has centered mounts.
