Threaded rod clips

- added the option to have the tube positioned asymmetrically
- enlarged the slot for the cable tie to secure "payload"

Many of us have vertical braces on one or both sides of the printer. These - especially if of larger diameters - offer robust mount points for some equipment, like OctoPI, cameras or various lighting devices. As a bonus, the devices mounted there do not add additional weight to the X carriage nor to the bed.
