18650 80P Battery Pack

This is a battery pack design I plan to use for my DIY PowerWall. It holds 80 18650 batteries and features channels for the buss bars and fuses and break-a-way tabs in the event of needing to replace a cell.

Need to print 4 pieces of the tray and 5 pieces of the connector for each pack. Note the tray has one end that has a flat edge. These to ends mate with a connector spanning them both.

A Spot of hot glue on the connectors in the corners will hold them well in place.
