MQTB Crush 5.5 LP Antenna Mounts

The MQTB Crush is a new (Summer 2018) FPV multicopter frame. It includes all necessary chassis parts; however, like many other frames of the carbon-fiber sandwich variety, it needs a little work to get the antennas mounted.
These parts ease the mounting of Frsky antennae as well as a right-angle SMA / RP-SMA pigtail for a VTX antenna. I uploaded spacers for those that only need one of the mounts. The VTX mount is 9.5mm high and would use the 10mm spacer. The Frsky mount is 10mm high and will
