I made a knight shild handle and a simple sword grip for the junior knight. The handle also gives the cardboard shild the right shape. The cardboard is mounted with 4 zipties and i used some hot glue. It's pretty big and fits exactly on 240x250mm print area of a Prusa i3 mk3. I printed it with a 0.8mm nozzle, so the printing time was bearable. The print needs no support.

For the sword I took a available piece of wood with 30x15mm.
