On my CR-10 the glass heater bed would not lower to the required level in the rear left corner. Eventually I realised that it was due to the y axis wire restraint. As it was mounted between the support and the spring it would not allow the travel required and so the printer head would hit the bed. Therefore, I based this off the restraint that was supplied with the CR-10 and made it so it mounted beneath the spring and resolving the problem.
