E3D Volcano Fan Duct

Part Fan Duct for E3D Volcano.

This is a remix from the original duct for E3D-V6. This one is 8.6mm taller, to compensate for the additional height of the Volcano Heatblock.

All other measures are the same as the original, since this is a remix from the original .STEP file.
