Wooden Duplo Plane Puzzle

Wanted to get a toy plane for my kids and since I am able to customize, I wanted it to be compatible with the Duplo minifigures.

Found a Bi-Plane Puzzle design which has the ideal dimensions for a Duplo figure. All I did was add in a Duplo-compatible seat and removed the upper wing to make it a mono-plane.

I am laser cutting on 3mm wood so I resized the grooves to 3mm width. If there are variations in your material width or kerf, you can scale the entire model to get a tighter fit. The min
