Reptile S800 aileron / elevon

Tired of balsa, I designed these.

Because my 3D printer has a small printing area, I made them in two parts.

For printing:

In my case I found that was best to print them vertically. I changed the infil where the horn is (Simplify3D) to 40% rectilinear. The rest was printed at 3% infill with 3 top, 3 bottom and 3 perimeter layers.

If you print them vertically, like I did, the process is slow and needs supports.

For right aileron, mirror "X" axis.
