This is the Y axis motor support that was missing from Tevo Tornado printer I use.
It will help stabilize the stepper motor and it is easy to install (be careful not to damage the cables to stepper motor). No disassembly required.
It is fixed using one M5 x 12mm screw.
I used DD 1.75mm PLA.
Recommended infill is 90.
