(Tactile) Particle Detector Jigsaw

This jigsaw is an activity to show students that the different layers in the LHC particle detectors are designed for different particles. It is made to be accessible to visually impaired (VI) students as well as seeing students.
The jigsaw is composed of the core of the detector, followed by three shell pieces. Each piece will stop one type of particle - the particles are represented by the beams of differing shapes.
