This is a famous building from french comic "Le Donjon de Naheulbeuk" a RPG-based comedy taking place in various places amongst which is this Dungeon.

The design is based on the drawings & plans from the comics edited by Clair de Lune and imagined by author named John Lang, illustrator is Marion Poinsot.
