This is a simple 18650 charge pack I made.
I had bought some boost usb modules which turned out to be pretty rubbish at charging my phone. I had some buck converter (step down) modules that could take the higher voltage of two 18650 batteries and bring it down to 5v for usb. THIS IS A HACK!, There is nothing stopping the voltage in the batteries from going below its recommended amount.

There's a space between the cells to fit your electronics. I used copper tape (slug tape) to make the contacts either side of the batteries and soldered my wires to them. My one can't charge the batteries but if you find a good boost converter (step up module) and a lipo charger you can wire the batteries in parallel and make a powerbank. I have to remove my batteries and charge them separately in a 18650 charger.

The case parts are done as 0 infill and if it finishes with a sealed top you would need to cut it off with a stanley knife. I did it on low resolution and it looks fine.
