I wanted to build some shelves to put my 3D printers on, inside a grow tent for controlled heat and humidity. Sized for 1/4 inch bolts.
Using 3/4 inch metal conduit aka EMT, which is about 23.5mm OD. Designed specifically not to require supports when printing. I am printing them in PLA+. I think ABS would also be suitable. I would worry about regular PLA cracking, and PETG tends to slowly give way under constant pressure.
I designed it with overhangs 45 degrees and teardrop shaped bolt holes, so no support structure is needed.
I've included the Fusion 360 files for editing as you wish.
