3.5 and M4 utility hook

This is a modification of the M3 Utility hook by Adamow. See the original for M3. I simply resized it while keeping wall screw hole size and bolt depth fixed. 3.5mm one is for electrical outlet screws. I had many lying around from replacing them. Be careful some outlet screws are 4mm in size.
