3/8" Rope clamp

I have a 35lbs puppy who loves to be outside. Until I come up with a better solution, I have been tying him to a tree with a 50'+ tether. He seems fine with this but he is a puppy and has a tendency to chew through things… like ropes.Sure I could tie the rope to the snap hook and call it a day but what's the fun in that? I had a few m5x16 screws laying around so I modeled this up around that as a quick fix. It's crude - but it works - at least for the puppy.This was designed for the 3/8" Diamond Braid Polypropylene Rope available at Home Depot.This should go without saying but - DO NOT USE THIS FOR MOUNTAIN CLIMBING, SPELUNKING, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD BE LIFE THREATENING.Print Settings: 0.15mm / 4 walls / 25% infillMaterial: PETG / M5x16 screw and nut
