Either print Black and Silver with dual extrusion (printing with 2 plastics) or print the Full version. You can, but it is very hard to, print this design in 2 colours seperately and later assemble them. I have seen someone do it.
Supports are needed to print this correctly. The design has a lose cap as we experienced it was easier this way to remove the supports. The hole for the USB is 13mm by 5mm by 31mm. The deeper file contains a depth of 47mm. This might differ a little between the normal and TI version.
We printed the model with 0.4 cores at a layer height of 0.06mm or 0.1mm, with PLA plastic. Infill can be 10% or more. Sometimes supports can appear under the fan, if this happens adjust supports to touching builtplate only.
We use kingston datatraveller USB sticks, any other USB stick should be possible if it has the right dimensions. Link: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Digital-DataTraveler-DTSE9H-16GBZET/dp/B00DYQYITG
The higher capacity 64 and 128gb kingston vers
