There are numerous trimming jigs for making 300 Blackout brass from 223 cases. Most are for the mini chop saw Harbor Freight sells. I had used that chop saw for a day until it smoked and fried on me. Took it back and got the next size up in chop saws. The typical cutting jig worked, but the cut off brass ends would get jammed in the vise on the saw. I'd have to stop to clean the brass ends out every 20 cases. I decided to make a jig that will send the ends out of the way using the bigger cop saw.
Using the jig: If you line the cop saw blade up with the case holding side of the jig, this will cut off around 1.389". Then you can trim down and clean up the case to under 1.368". I could have made it cut shorter, but I wanted the ability to fine tune the cases I use, and the chop saw blade used is a very rough cut. There is not a stop that will keep the blade from cutting the jig in half. Just stop after you have cut through the brass.
I have added a secondary jig with an extra 1.2
