This is one of the recruitable minor heroes, one of the Fellow, Bio is a knight with a little mage casting ability, he love to fight for a cause, and in battle could deal and absorb decent damage. He is a good commander too so having him in your rank will raise your max units number.
He is able to cast spell but have the lesser mana pool and mana raising ability.
He could (or better, need to ) be summoned by events cards.
