Bauhaus: Katz House, Tel Aviv

This project for school focuses on designing together, through collaboration and cooperation in the fabrication of a scale model exterior/interior Jewish complex.

Students will interpret and translate the architectural drawings of Shmuel (Sam) Barkai and his plans for Katz House, TelAviv (1935) into a design @ 1:50 scale.

The two key areas of Design & Technology that the unit will focus on are the design process and measurement, scale and accuracy.
