**OBSOLETE** Unofficial Mosquito Hotend (Std) CAD model

UPDATE 24-Jan-2019: Slice Engineering has released an official STEP file on their site, so please consider my model to be obsolete and incorrect. Their message stated that several changes have been made, some of which I can see in their CAD model, which can be found here:
