Raspberry Pi V2 camera rear mount

I found lots of great cases for the Raspberry Pi camera, and I found a good M12 lens mount adapter here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1963856

What I didn't find was a camera board mount that would allow me to solidly mount the camera with a bolt, while giving me the ability to add an M12 lens adapter.
