LotP - Fellow hero "Phoinx"

This is one of the recruitable minor heroes, one of the Fellow, Phoinx is a strange hero, with decent mage casting ability, he dislike the fight but in battle he will use his strange staff to kill opponents. He have also little commander ability too so having him in your rank will raise your max units number by little.
He is able to cast spell and his staff will appear to help him in strange way.
He could (or better, need to ) be summoned by events cards.
