Parametric Round Coins Holder

This coin holder can be customized for whatever combination of coins you want. It's based on Robin Tail's great design, with a few enhancements:
* Now supports coins with different thicknesses.
* Added a preconfigured coin holder for US coins.
* Added labels for each coin slot.
* Label text no longer goes all the way through the lid.
