Lens cap for Tiny1 MOS lens

Tiny1 MOS camera shipped their lenses mostly without proper front lens cap. In addition the 2.8mm wide angle has protruding front element, making a lot of lens cap unsuitable. I have remixed the parametric lens cap by MakerBLock to add a rim as a stand off.
The internal diameter of the various caps as follow. You are adjust as per your printer's need

100mm: 42.3
2.8mm: 28.5
4mm:28.3
