Candle trimmer/cutter - holder hole 18,5mm diameter

I had to cut more that 40 candles to fit them into wine bottles... so the need is mother of invention...

The cutter can be used to trim candles in order to fit them into wine bottles with hole diameter 18,5mm or other holder with specified diameter. If you want to use it with other diameters you can scale it accordingly.
