2020 to 4040 bracket for OctoPi & PiCam case

I love the OctoPi case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2773836), but it was designed to connect to 2020 frames and I wanted to use it on my Ender 3 which is 4040.
This is just a bracket that firstly connects to the frame and then the case slides on and can be bolted in place.

Edit (v4): I made the screw head cutout a bit bigger as I found with some M4's it didnt quite fit.
