CR-10 Titan Extruder Filament Sensor

When I purchased the Titan Extruder Upgrade for my CR-10 my stock filament sensor would not work due to the required orientation of the extruder due to its lever and the lead screw. I created this sensor holder to take advantage of the ability to insert a PFTE tube into the lever.
