This indispensable tool should not be missing in any nerd kitchen.

The blade comes from an old computer hard disk and has the following dimensions:
Diameter: 63,5mm
Thickness: 0,5mm
Hole: 20mm

Simply print out the two PLA-parts, insert the data disk and fix it with M3x10mm screw and nut.
