cr-10 e3d titan direct drive mount for bantamount

Hi

i am testing bantamount ( free modular mount for cr-10 ) and found that it could be easy to make a direct drive extruder mod.

here is there result, it works but stills need some work in the right side to allow better compatibility with part cooling fan mount
