For use with factory plastic Tamiya 1/14 rear axle wheels. they cover up the hub/nut and give the wheel a similar look to the 2019 freightliner Cascadia rear wheel covers. can be remixed to different manufactures logo or smoothed out or what ever else. shouldn't need much sanding/filing to be fit and go.
