You need a carbon filter in the middle of the base. And you can block a plate with holes between the plate and the base.
The sheet should cool down the flux in the smoke and precipitate it to hold It back in the device.

You will need eight M4 screws and nuts to mount the two 12 cm fans with the fan plate on the base.
