Birds Scarer - Effaroucheur oiseaux (Tic Tic Tic)

I remixed some parts that I share.

- new main tube (need x 1)
- new lever & rettler (assembled in one piece) (neesd x 3) - cut the little attach part after print.
- new stands (front x 1 & back x 1)
- new shaft with specific head for new rotor blades holder (need x 1)
- new blades holder (need x 1)
- new shaft spacers (need x 4)
- new shaft terminal (need x 1)

You need m3 CHC screws.
