SC8UU adapter for t-slot aliminium profile

A plate adapter to use SC8UU linear bearings with a 2080 aluminium profile.
The inner holes are for two SC8uu, the outers are for the extruded profile.
I've put extra hole there so you can even use 2 o 3 2040 profile or one 2060.
