Atari ST VGA Resolution Switch cover

This is for the CenturionTech.eu Atari ST2VGA r0.21 revision adapter. They released a newer, slightly different adapter with a printed cover, which I took and adapted to fit my older revision, without having to desolder the 15-pin connector. You may need to remove a bit of material from the face so that the cover fits under the 15 pin housing (the original design is .2mm larger due to the smoothing process they use to finish the covers).
