CR-10 -> Hatchbox spool adapter

After printing out several other adapters and none actually working, I sat down with a ruler, a Hatchbox spool,spindle from my CR-10, and Tinkercad.

Note: My spindle is clearly labeled "32mm+3.6mm" on its side. I used those numbers and added a smidgen of inside clearance.

Outside clearance was done by measurement, minus a smidgen.

I've included the gcode file, which works fine with my pretty much stock CR-10. If you're on something else, use the STL file so the resulting gcode match
