Mosfet Case with 40mm Fan

This is a remix of Razzerback's [TEVO Tarantula I3 3D Printer mosfet box](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2243682).

I needed a case that would support a [40mm Noctua](https://amzn.to/2uCHvYA) cooling fan.
