Made this grill for a 60's Ford cab on my frankentruggy as mine only came w/ a sticker grill. Need a good glue to stick ABS to lexan/polycarbonate. You may have to scale it a bit longer or shorter.
I used 5 degree LED lenses (20-21mm dia) for the headlights. you can find them on ebay. I think I had to drill them deeper for the 5mm RC super bright LED's. It will take some minor fitting to get the headlights and LED's seated correctly.
