This is a jig for the Kreg Mini Jig (MKJ) to help align it to your workpiece. Got the idea from some youtubers:

It's metric measurements because metric.
It's designed so you laser engrave the bottom of clear acrylic for the top piece and on the top of the bottom piece. This way there is no parallax error. That's why the engravings are mirrored.
Bolt holes are for 1/4" bolts
