MakerFarm i3v Servo Holder (auto bed leveling)

A servo holder for auto bed leveling on the MakerFarm Prusa i3v, which has a new nut trap and different back tab placement than the MakerFarm i3.

This is meant to be a press-fit for my servo, measurements forthcoming, but it is a very standard small analog servo size.
