Klickfix adapter mount for bike bottle holder

I created this to mount the [Klickfix adapter](https://www.bike-components.de/en/ABUS/KLICKfix-Halter-KF-Millenio-Winner-Universal-Tresor-Steel-O-Flex-Raydo-p28372/) provided with a lock to the bottle holder mounting holes (65mm).
