Stable Universal Filament Roller

The original Universal Filament Roller by Dwonh is an otherwise excellent filament holder, however apparently it is not intended for thin spools.
While using it with 0.5Kg spools, I had found that sooner or later the spool would fall down and sometimes this would compromise the printing.
This proposed change consists of just substituting the two lower elements of the set, with longer ones.
This changes the center of mass of the spool to a minimum height, becoming just barely above floor level
