3018 300/500w Spindle Controller Case

Just a simple case to hold and make safe(ish) the power supply for a common 3018 spindle ( 300w/500w) upgrade.


This is designed to fit over a 98x50 ( +/- .5mm ) power supply.


Remember, you are fiddling with MAINs voltage, it will KILL if not handled appropriately don't do anything with it plugged in.

When I get the time I'll add a circuit diagram to use the LED as a mains indicator, should not be necessary though as the big red button should be the mains isolator, but I love LED's, everything works better with LED's ! ( it's not much more than a 1N4007 diode and resistor, maybe a fuse ;) )
