By the way, to save you the hassle of spending 7 hours trying to find a working toolchain for the Chinese Never Cuts machine:
-do not upgrade the grbl on the arduino, or attempt to put a new, non-knockoff arduino in.
-use GrblControl, NOT CANDLE FFS
-use the newest version of inkscape, and just rename the extension of the natively exported gcode to any of the extensions grblcontrol looks for, even txt. DO NOT USE MAKERBOT UNICORN GCODE
-check to make sure that the wiring didnt swap the direction of the Z and X axis, like mine did, causing me to immediately embed the end of an end mill into my brand new bed.
