3018 Y Axis End-stop Mount

Y axis end-stop mount for the end stops listed below. The front can trigger on the platform itself, but the back uses the flag and a #6-32 nut/bolt to lock the flag in place under the platform and can be aligned with the end-stop (I mounted mine in the back left corner).
