New Creality CR-10S & CR-10 Mini Extruder Cover

After trying extruder covers designed by other users and finding that they are to small for the new generation of CR-10 Mini extruders (same one found on newer CR-10S models), I decided to design my own version.
I had 5 design criteria going into this:
1. Need to fit the new range of extruders
2. Need to be an easy print with no support
3. Need to have cable management included
4. Need to have an opening at the top for a Z-axis knob
5. Need to keep filament away from the Z rod
