Some backstory: I bought a Kymco People 50 scooter a few years ago for a project - it came in several pieces and I had to put it back together.
One thing that was missing were the front turn signals - the USA-spec People scooters use different signals than the rest of the world, mounted up on the handlebars rather than the ones mounted in the front fairing.
