Anet A8 X Belt Tensioner

The available tensioners on here were a hair to big and wouldn't fit my printer, so I made one with a looser fit around the bearing holders.

The overall shape and the size for the teeth were based on something already uploaded on here (thing 2425783).

14/2/2019 - A while back the belt started slipping out of the holder so I started designing a system similar to the slider, since it doesn't require such a tight tolerance.
