Closed-loop filament clip for flexible filaments

Same basic concept as the other filament clip, but this one has a closed loop design rather than the clip, so that it can be printed in flexible filament (I like to have all my clips made from the same material that they're clipping). Just feed the filament through the bigger hole first, loop it around and then feed a bit through the smaller hole.
